With a high rise, comfortable thigh, and very slight taper to a leg opening big enough to fit a pair of boots under, they're an excellent cowboy twist on a classic tapered fit. The double flat felled seams on each leg add strength and longevity to the pants, while still maintaining the selvedge detail on the outseam.
This batch is made from a heavyweight 17oz all black selvedge denim from Japan. This hefty denim has a slubby, uneven face that will fade at different speeds. Over time, the fabric will soften, and the black dye will fade to a gentle gray. The fabric is sanforized, so minimal shrinkage is expected with a cold wash and hang dry, and you should take your usual size.
The finishings are of an equal calibre, with custom copper rivets, a YKK fly zip, full grain leather Freenote flasher, and custom woven labels.
