Please ensure your timepiece is carefully wrapped and shipped in a disposable cardboard box, as these will be discarded upon arrival. If the required repair information is incomplete, the processing of your repair may be delayed. We currently have a waiting period for repairs due to our high volume of work. Complete Maintenance Service (Year 3-5): Recommended every few years, this service is essential to ensure the longevity and accuracy of your timepiece. It involves ultrasonic cleaning, part inspection, lubrication, and a complete rebuild, covered by a two-year warranty on all replacement parts.
