From the brand: We are happy to announce our second denim collaboration, the Franklin & Poe x Freenote Cloth Wilkes! For those who don't know, Freenote Cloth makes everything in the U.S. For this special collaboration, we are fortunate incorporate American made selvedge denim from Louisiana's Vidalia Mills for an all-American pair of jeans. Vidalia Mills is carrying the mantle from the since closed Cone Mill White Oak plant, manufacturing high quality selvedge denim woven on shuttle looms. When Freenote asked us what fit we wanted to work with, we couldn't say Wilkes fast enough. The Wilkes is affectionally known as a cowboy cut, but is much more than that. Featuring an elongated rise and a straight, but not baggy, silhouette, this fit is both functional and good looking. The higher rise allows you to get your leg over a horse, motorcycle, or bicycle with ease. There's no fear of showing that plumbers crack here. The fit is straight, but not your 501 wide style. The taper is ever so slight below the knee and comfortably fits over engineer or cowboy boots, or looks great on top of sneakers. This is one of the best fits we've had and we couldn't' be more excited to be a part of this collaboration with Freenote Cloth! Final Sale - No Returns
