It is set in the centre with a stunning oval-cut yellow sapphire, in a four-claw sideways setting, with two white lab-grown diamonds on either side.  Centre stone: 6.5 x 4.55mm, 0.87 carat, oval-cut yellow-gold Australian sapphire.
