If you need a change made to an existing style (for example, change an open back to a closed one, a deep V-neckline to a higher neckline, t he pink colour to purple or a mini length to a maxi length, etc.), that's absolutely fine and we are here for you! Please email contact@fairytong.com with your requirements and get a one-on-one service directly before you place an order. Customisation Service costs usually from £30 to £100 depending on your requirements. Please note, if you only need a custom size and would not need any details to be changed, simply select ‘Custom Size’ on the product page and leave your measurements in the Order Note when you check out (no extra cost), no need to select Customisation Service. Also, we don't provide bespoke service - design from scratch - at the moment as we are a small team and the time is very limited for us.
