It's a combination of deadstock peat yarn and acrylic yarn. The peat yarn is an old deadstock from a Finnish company called Kultaturve. Because peat itself is not durable enough, we are mixing it with acrylic yarn. CARE INSTRUCTIONS Regularly blow dry the security wool product, which also extends the washing interval. However, if the product needs washing, we recommend hand washing. Shape the product into its correct form when damp, as the peat cloth may change shape during washing.
