かつて鉄道員や整備士がユニフォームとして着用していたキャップをモチーフに製作。
着用時、ブリムを上げやすいように、ブリムと本体との間に遊び分の縫い代を取り入れた機能性により、
作業をしやすくした当時のデザインをモチーフにした帽子。
クラウンは6パネルのクレイジーパターンで構成し、縫製はデニムパンツやペインターパンツに使われる巻き縫いのチェーンステッチで強度を高めました。
今回ボディにはコットンリネンのプリペラ生地を採用。ざっくりとした織り目と表面の凹凸感で爽快感のある風合いです。
内側にサイズ調節テープが付くデザインに仕上げ、3size展開で調節機能付きとなっています。

The crown is constructed with a 6-panel crazy pattern, and the stitching is reinforced with chain stitching, the same type used for denim and painter pants.
This cap uses a cotton-linen preppy fabric. The rough weave and textured surface give it a refreshing feel.
