a 12.7oz twill - 100% Japanese Cotton. it is a rich in color - a tough fabric that will break-in beautifully over time. The Hickory Stripe dates back to the 1800s in the expanding American Frontier - a variant of Seersucker, but made to be tougher for overalls, work coats, and train conductors.
