This shirt fits pretty standard issue. Tommy is wearing a (2) in the pictures as the some of the shirts and coats have been fitting quite roomy. In this piece, he would likely choose to size up once to the (3). We think the vintaging process shrunk the fabric quite a bit. So we recommend buying one up from what you normally wear from orSlow. Tommy is 5'9," 165bs with a 41" chest.
