1968 Kansas City Spurs Tee
Product Description
This vintage-inspired tee celebrates the Kansas City Spurs with a soft, durable blend of airlume cotton and polyester. Crafted for ultimate comfort, each shirt ages gracefully, enhancing its character with every wash. The unisex fit ensures it suits a variety of styles, while its eco-friendly production reflects a commitment to sustainable fashion. Ideal for casual outings or sporting events, this shirt is a nostalgic nod to the spirited history of Kansas City sports. From the brand: The Story The Kansas City Spurs played at the Kansas City Municipal Stadium from 1968 to 1970 before eventually folding in 1970. Even though the Kansas City Spurs were the champions in the 1969 season, it wasn't enough to keep the red and white in Kansas. With players like Bertus Hoogermann & Willy Roy donning the red and white in Kansas, the Kansas City Spurs should have been able to fill seats. The reality however was much different and with low attendance, the Kansas City Spurs soon folded and became no more. Crafted with the intention of being the softest shirt in your lineup, our signature tees are made with premium airlume (for softness) and ringspun (for durability) cotton combined with poly to make the perfect tee 👌 that wears and feels like a well-worn favorite. Our garments are printed with inks that actually blend into the fabric giving it more character and true vintage look with every wash.
