A streamline, by definition, is a design that presents very little resistance to a flow of air, increasing speed and ease of movement. To achieve the superior comfort, cushioning and speed that the APL Streamline delivers, we created a completely new midsole and outsole made from our newest compound; APL FutureFoam™ .
The APL FutureFoam™ running midsole compound was developed to provide exceptional compression, rebound and energy return through strenuous testing over the past 24 months. The midsole surface features horizontal channels carved by the wind to make each stride smoothly flow through the air. Additionally, a slanted, forward leaning shank plate is sandwiched between the two-piece midsole to help promote forward motion upon foot strike, and accelerate the gait cycle. The midsole sits atop a lightweight, two-piece rubber outsole that provides excellent traction along your journey.
The upper of the APL Streamline continues the lightweight story using our newest upper innovation, APL AeroLux™; a combination of materials all working together to provide ultimate performance and comfort. APL AeroLux™ combines a lightweight woven textile that is breathable and strong with thin layers of support and vector flow lines to improve airflow around the foot and reduce drag. The Streamline upper features strategic areas of reinforcement to give you the support that you need with the ventilation you desire. The integrated lacing structure allows you to customize your fit to keep your shoes as tight or as loose as you’d like. The Streamline features a Microfiber collar and tongue trim along with a 3D molded, padded heel to reduce friction and make all the inner touch points incredibly comfortable.

All of our shoes are unisex. If your size is sold out, simply select a men's size on the site and adjust the fit down by a size and half. For example, a size 9 in women's is a size 7.5 in men’s.
