The grunge era was my first real interest in music. I'd stay up past my bedtime listening to the top 10 at Ten on The Bear 106.9fm, dubbing songs to make mixtapes. Visiting the local convenience store I'd flick through Rolling Stone and see pictures of Nirvana, Mudhoney and Pearl Jam and they would always be wearing flannels that remind me of this one.
