This time we've created the base in jersey that still that cinches your waist but adds comfortability, which then drapes, from the scalloped edging, into a gorgeous pleated tulle mesh skirt. We've also embellished the front of the skirt with tiny bows that look so chic and elevate the simple silhouette.
