Iron Heart Shirting sizing is graded in small increments. The 383 Mechanics Shirt runs true to Iron Heart sizing and is made with a sanforized, once-washed fabric with all shrinkage removed. With regular use, one can expect little to no stretch or shrinkage over the long term.
