Iron Heart Shirting sizing is graded in small increments. The 388 Summer Shirt runs true to Iron Heart sizing and is made with a sanforized, once-washed fabric with most shrinkage removed. With regular use, one can expect up to .5” of stretch in the chest over the long term.
