Also known as the Kelso Shaggy, due to the brushed Shetland wool, has been in the making for a few years now, so we're really excited to to be launching it. Featuring the unique texture of brushed shetland wool that has been run through a vintage brushing machine that utilises thistles.
Shetland Wool is sometimes perceived as being itchy and uncomfortable to wear. However, the Super Soft Shetland wool has been washed using the soft Scottish water that enhances the processing of the wool. Shetland wool gets its unique quality as the sheep face a range of extreme elements that gives the wool its tight and wiry nature that aide in wind resistance.
