Canvas. Based on a vintage Work Shirt from our archives, this shirt is the epitome of rugged-yet-refined. This one is ready for the city or country, dressed up or down. Wear well, it only gets better.
PROCESS
Built in a 8oz brushed cotton fabric that was selected because of its soft hand and durability. This shirt is sewn at a family-owned factory in San Francisco who has been making jeans and workwear for over 35 years. Each garment moves through at least 10 hand operated sewing machines to create a special crafted product with attention detail. After sewing, the shirt is sent to a separate washing and finishing facility in Los Angeles where enzymes and softeners are used to reduce shrinkage and to add softness and character.
The Walsh Shirt then goes through an inspection process to make sure it meets our quality standards with the goal of exceeding your expectations. This one will get softer and look better with wear.
