The mako variety, from Upper Egypt, is a controlled appellation whose thread is extremely fine and silky.
Each colour of this knit is dyed by skeins directly onto the yarn before spinning, using vegetable pigments and natural agents for fixation, creating depth and uniqueness to the colours.
