From the brand: The Square Toe Side Zip Boot pulls design detailing from some of our favorite vintage boots. We designed them to include the square toe and side zip shape usually found on 70’s campus boots combined with the apron toe panelling detail that's often seen on 60’s Beatle boots. These boots are manufactured exclusively for us in Portugal using a vegetable tanned calf leather that will age beautifully over time. The Italian cowhide upper has a supple hand with a matte finish that will soften and mold to your foot with wear. Goodyear welt construction and a thick, textured rubber sole offer maximum comfort and longevity. Our standard wire-pull YKK zippers in a bright nickel finish round out the boot. Made in Portugal. SIZING: We recommend taking a half size down from your typical sneaker size. On the Brannock, we recommend half size down from your measurement unless your feet are wide; in that case, you should take your true Brannock size. The correct size should provide enough room through the forefoot while still slightly gripping the heel. The boot should be comfortable at first wear; we do not recommend sizing down with the hope that they will break in and loosen.
