Accessibility note: this blouse fastens with a zip at the centre back neck - this is reachable if you are able to put your hands behind your head. It has two wide waist ties that are sewn on the inside panel, and thread through slits at the waist, which you then tie behind your back. You can thread these before putting the blouse on, but will need to reach behind your back to tie the bow.
