MÄHKÄ neckwarmer is made from "peatwool" yarn. It's a combination of deadstock peat yarn and acrylic yarn. The peat yarn is an old deadstock from a Finnish company called Kultaturve. Because peat itself is not durable enough, it is mixed with acrylic yarn.
