Bella is the perfect name for our newest design because wow these dresses are "beautiful"!! Sometimes it's all in the details and these tunic sets and dresses were so thoughtfulling designed! They feature a smocked bodice finished with a functional tie around the waist to ensure a perfect fit, a long slighted bell-shaped sleeve, a full skirt with a wide ruffled hem and dainty ruffle details throughout! These are a must have for this holiday and winter season! The Sizes 6M-24M include matching bloomers. Sizes 2T-14Y are dress length (no shorts).
