From the brand: The Amygdala - a name as fierce as the style itself. For AW24, we wanted to push boundaries, to venture out of our comfort zone, knowing there’s a core KOI community that thrives when we go all out. We hope this hits the mark! We imagined someone storming out of the gates of Hades, what shoes would they be wearing? This. The Amygdala.
From the ground up, we crafted this with intent. The platform is commanding yet balanced, giving you height without compromising comfort, we made sure of that through extensive in-house testing. The chains are in gunmetal, and are all fastened securely with riveted eyelets, and finished off with an array of unique 'dark' charms throughout. The chains will have some natural movement as you walk, but not to the point where it will feel intrusive, we placed the chains in such a way to feel nearly unnoticeable as you walk (yes, we tested that too!). We do recommend checking the loops now and then, and to tighten them with pliers if needed, but they arrive from the factory in top shape, though time may loosen them naturally.
