For a 100% cotton thread tee, this one’s pretty sturdy. We took a 3-ply marble jersey and added a 4-thread overlocked side seam and 5-thread, triple-needle coverstitch at hem, sleeves and straight back yoke. An edge stitch at placket and ⅜” twill tape and back of neck enhance construction on this 2-button henley.
