You mean a denim jacket in that price range? You can find all of the bigger japanese denim makers second hand in that price range. TCB, Orslow, Levi’s Vintage Clothing (LVC), and other Japanese brands is what is look for.
Maybe also Bronson Mfg knew. Made in China but decent quality.
