Thrifted this Spencer’s mini skirt at baby’s basement— the store it closed down but I think they still sell online. It’s super adjustable, there are holes in the back to attach string so you can tie to your linking!
Love using these to add a little extra detail to my fits, they’re super stretchy and fit perfectly.
