Blue Denim ●  Cotton 100% ●  Delivery : Feburary A special model inspired by the denim pants that might have existed around 1922, meticulously researched and developed from the ground up to capture the atmosphere and details of the era. The fabric is a reproduction of an 11oz denim originally produced by AMOSKEAG, one of the world’s largest fabric manufacturers in the 19th century. It recreates the deep indigo characteristic of the period when synthetic indigo was beginning to replace natural indigo, along with the pronounced uneven texture created by the low-spinning technology of the 1800s. Pursuing the rugged character of authentic workwear, we use iron buttons, rivets, and buckles. A cotton duck patch completes the design, with careful attention paid to every material choice to evoke the character of workwear from the 1920s. The construction features fine stitching, along with early-era details such as a back cinch, slightly offset pocket rivets, and a distinctive layout in which the coin pocket sits close to the waistband. Every detail has been carefully recreated to capture the unique characteristics of this formative period. Rather than simply reproducing a vintage garment, FULLCOUNT has interpreted the era to create a pair of jeans that “might have existed in 1922.” The accompanying cotton duck drawstring bag is also specially finished to evoke the stains and well-worn character that would have developed through years of work and use. Together with the jeans, it allows you to fully experience the atmosphere of 1920s workwear.
