From the brand: After a few trips to Japan enjoying the surf, snow and the amazing art & culture, we felt it was time to collaborate with Japanese artist Hazuki Yamashiro to develop something fun for Storm. Hazuki-san is a long time friend and was born and raised in Okinawa in the Nanjo Village area. She is inspired by skateboarding, frisbee, gardening, animals, bugs and harmonious people. The maneki-neko (beckoning cat) is a Japanese figure meant to bring good luck, happiness and positive energy.
