Step 1
- Click the "
START DESIGNING

button above.
Step 2
- Click on the
"Product"
tab at top left to pick the colour of your T-Shirt, and scroll down to the
OPTIONS
drop down to choose the size of your shirt.
Step 3
- To customize the rest of the hat click on
ADD DESIGN
and then choose a design from the "
Store Designs
" section. We have a huge database of ready made military designs for you to select and use.
Click on
"Add Text"
and add any custom text you would like.
Step 4
- Click on the
LOCATIONS
on the right side to change the embroidery location.
Step 5
- All done! Click on

Uploading Your Own Logo/Image
Allowable artwork files are: emb, cdr, png, pdf, eps, svg, svgz, jpg, jpeg, gif, tif.
If you use your own artwork file a digitizing fee will be added
. A digitizing fee is the added charge for turning your downloaded artwork into a file that can be stitched out on our embroidery machines. The digitizing fee increases and decreases depending on the size (stitch density) of your image, calculated based on surface area.
Artwork from our store designs is
free
of charge (no digitizing fees).
Please note, pre-loaded embroidery files in our store designs database can be manually increased and decreased by a maximum of 20%. In addition, there are no digitizing fees if you have already had your artwork file digitized (.EMB extension is the only acceptable extension). If you already paid to have your artwork file digitized at CPGear previously, please contact us as we would have it on file for you under your name.
