Beginning with four wood blocks intricately hand-carved to create two traditional jaal and buti floral designs, skilled artisans then use the blocks to slowly and carefully hand print delicate blue hues upon the softest cotton voile. Tiers of printed fabric have then been gracefully layered and finished with mother-of-pearl buttons from bodice to base, forming this free flowing feminine style lovingly hand-crafted by a small group of women in Jaipur, India.
