From the brand: About 100 years ago in Japan during the period known as the Taisho period, Western culture began to be introduced into Japan, and in terms of art, the previously prevalent Japanese style graphics underwent a major change. In this period of transition to a new culture and a new era, people called it “Taisho Romanticism,” referring to the individuality and culture of the people who lived with the ideals of a better future in mind. Based on the combination of colors that symbolized that era, we depicted one part of Japanese culture that still remains today: the geisha.
