: All custom orders are considered Final Sale All orders will be made to order and are submitted to our factory immediately upon receipt. Because of this, they have a longer lead time than our in stock items on the site, and once an order is placed it is not eligible for cancellation, changes, or return.
Timing
: Please allow a total lead time is 9-12 weeks.
Color
: Since each rug is made to order, yarn will be dyed in a single batch and for this reason colors may differ slightly from the stock image.
