This is my version of a collegiate team tee.
The LL Jaguar motif was originally introduced in 2021 as a mascot play off of my "Bloat" typeface. I worked with my guy Okay Mojo to develop the mascot in full, using the Bloat Type for the spots. You'll also find this motif on products I made under BBE.
"L.L.O.S.T." comes from, "L.L. Original Soundtrack". This is a direction I've been motivated by since relaunching LL in July of 2024. The idea is that me or my brand do not need to be in the spotlight. We are not actors. We can play the background and be instrumental - hence the word "soundtrack" - while playing a vital role in realizing our landscape in design and apparel. Growing up, "Original Soundtrack" was shortened to: "OST".
