のディレクター久﨑康晴と履物職人・関づか氏との友好関係から実現しました。
角ばったソール型状ではなく、ウールやコットンスラックスとスタイリングしやすいよう、丸みのあるビーチサンダルのような底の型を今回のために依頼し、完成しました。
関づか氏が展開する日本古来の履物文化を尊重しつつ、現代のライフスタイルに自然と溶け込むよう再構築したデザインとなっています。
台には上質な天然の皮革を採用し、ソールには登山靴に用いられる、優れたグリップ力と耐久性を誇るVIBRAM SOLE（ヴィブラムソール）を搭載しております。
鼻緒部分にはソフトなラム革を使用（KHAKIは天然の泥染め）し、深みのある色合いと機能性、足をやさしく包み込むような設計を両立させました。
