This is the perfect sewing kit for a keen sewist, whether creating for yourself or as a gift for someone special.
The Fleur top has a fitted bodice with princess seams and straps that go over your shoulders. They can be worn either straight or crossed and attached inside the waistband with buttons. The pattern was drafted for a U.K. D cup, and sizes range from a U.K. 6 to 38 (U.S. 2 to 34, E.U. 34 to 66)

What's Included
This sewing kit comes with everything you need to make The Fleur top, from the moment it arrives on your doorstep.
1.3m of fabric (enough for largest sizes) has been carefully sourced, pre-washed and ironed for you, to prevent your finished top from shrinking when you first wash it.
The beautifully printed & bound Maker's Guide includes instructions on how to make both a full bust adjustment and a small bust adjustment, as well as detailed sewing instructions.

About The Fabrics
The materials have been carefully curated from a selection of suppliers, including Merchant and Mills (linens & linen mixes) and the Organic Textile Company (denims). More details about fabric compositions and care is below:
Petrol Cotton Velvet
- 100% cotton, OEKO-TEX dyes. Dry clean only (because washing in a machine will damage the nap of the velvet)
Mustard Gingham Linen
- 100% linen, 185gsm, machine wash at 30 degrees celcius. Oeko-Tex certified dyes.
Ecru Organic Cotton Denim
- 100% organic cotton, 380gsm. Machine wash at 30 degrees celcius. Woven in Kerala, India by a family-run mill. Contact me to see organic certificate.
Moss Gingham Cotton/Linen
- 70% cotton, 30% linen. 124gsm. 100% organic cotton, machine wash at 30 degrees celcius. Oeko-Tex certified dyes.
Lilac Linen
- 100% linen. 185gsm. Machine wash at 30 degrees celcius. Oeko-Tex certified dyes.
Black TENCEL/Linen
- 85% Tencel, 15% linen. 6oz, 203gsm. Machine wash cool with non-biological detergent. Oeko-Tex certified dyes.
Indigo Organic Cotton Denim

Buttons
- The buttons are made from Corozo nuts by Courtney Button Co in the U.K. They are one of the last remaining button manufacturers in the U.K.
Thread
- The thread is a polyester thread - I have explored natural versions but there are limited colours available and I have found they aren't as strong, breaking more easily.
