our new and improved take on the Summer '16 Market Wrap Dress. This tabard style dress wraps around the waist to tie in a bow at the front with the attached waist belt, and has hidden ties at the sides to knot at the back with buttons below the sleeves to keep the dress closed. Taking inspiration from 1970s apron dressing, we added a square neckline and a short extended shoulder sleeve.
