Hand embroidered using a special art form called Chikankari. Our Chikankar artisans live in Lucknow, where this technique is a specialty of that region. It takes a Chikankar a decade to learn and train. Our design was inspired by the beauty of traditional wall art. Beautiful placement on our Hema top. With a tie neckline, boxy fit and elbow length sleeves with a single pleat cuff which creates volume and a deep hem.
With a unique hand feel due to the hand weaving of its handspun yarn, Kora is one of our signature fabric qualities made using cotton harvested from our collaborative efforts with Raddis cotton. It has a unique quality of being insulating in the cold and cool in warmer temps.
