Both warp and weft use finer 40s three-ply yarn than standard chinos. Woven at high density, this creates a firm texture with a refined sheen and tactile richness, while maintaining exceptional strength.
Though technically demanding due to the finer yarn and high density, these fabrics offer excellent cost performance. Free from the heaviness typical of chino materials, they suit a wide range of occasions.
The sides are finished with double stitching and then washed to create vintage-style puckering (whiskering). Continued wear enhances the vintage look over time.

The front features a watch pocket, the back has angled belt loops, and the rear pockets are double-welted.
Additionally, four-hole buttons with a glossy finish reminiscent of urea resin replicate original details. The front button is intentionally replaced with a zipper for added functionality.
