These Gold-D's aren’t stones… they’re 18K posts, cast metal in the shape of a faceted stone. We screw them into place before being set each like a stone. Yeah, it’s a lot of work for something that won’t hold up as well as an actual diamond, but that’s also part of the beauty that reveals itself over time with the piece. #apirateslifeforme
