From the brand: Amazing wool jacket from legendary US outdoor outfitter L.L. Bean, made in the 1960's! Made in a super solid, but not too heavy buffalo plaid wool, with a Talon zipper closure down the front. A classic outdoor setup with low yokes on the front and back, two chest pockets, two handwarmer pockets and a large map pocket on the lower back accessable by Talon zippered openings on either side. This jacket really shows the high quality of these vintage wool coats. The wool fabric looks basically brand new, no real sign of wear, but the L.L. Bean label in the back, the interfacing fabric at the cuff and the cotton fabric creating the map pocket on the inside of the jacket tells a different story. This jacket has been worn a lot over a long time, but still its holding up as good as new after 60 years of service! It'll easily take 60 more years of beating! No stains or moth holes found on this jacket. What a find! size 38. Fits a size S, with a narrow fit.
