Product Description

Inspired by vintage US Army battle dress uniforms, this BDU jacket features a modern cut and luxurious black satin fabric. With four functional front pockets and hidden handwarmer compartments, it offers both style and practicality. Ideal for layering during colder months or wearing as a top layer in milder weather, this versatile piece is a staple addition to any wardrobe. Made from 100% cotton fabric woven in Japan, it promises durability and a beautiful fade over time. From the brand: The BDU has been on our list of hopeful returns from 3sixteen for a couple of years now. Since the last iteration, they've changed the cut to fit just the way we like. They've taken inspiration from vintage US Army battle dress uniforms. They've utilized this luscious back satin fabric with the slightest amount of nep. It will age and fade beautifully like your favorite vintage military garments. The piece is also super functional. The four visible front pockets also feature hidden handwarmer pockets. It goes great as a top layer in the milder months and can be layered with a top coat in the coldest. This black wonder is a welcome addition to any closet. 100% cotton fabric woven in Japan Hidden front placket Center bellow pockets Dual-functioning hip pockets Replica BDU buttons Made in India Size Chest Length Sleeve Shoulder S 21" 27" 24" 18" M 22" 28" 24½" 18½" L 23" 29" 25" 19" XL 24" 31" 25½" 20" 2X 25" 31½" 26" 20½" A variance of +/-.5 is within tolerance. Fit Notes: Shop owner Tommy is wearing a large in the BDU Jacket.  3sixteen fits him extremely well in size large, and that is likely what he would buy in this piece. For layering, we find we always prefer to have it a little big vs a little small, so we would recommend buying one size up in this piece to accomplish that! Tommy is 5'10," 170lbs with a 40" chest.
