We recommend a cold water wash and dry flat. If you have any woes about sizing or the wash process in general, definitely size up to the next size.
Fit Notes:
Shop owner Tommy is wearing a size Large in the pictures. Tommy mostly wears Larges in these due to the shrinkage. Ultimately, if you like your shirts with a more classic fit, you may be able to get away with your true size. If you want a bit of a longer fit, you should size up. Most customers do! Tommy is 5'9," 165lbs with a 41" chest.
