The Gus combines legendary quality and a classic profile that recalls the earliest days of western hats. It’s crafted from our proprietary 6X fur felt, which is prized for its durability and elegant feel, and, as with all hats that come out
of Stetson’s Texas factory, each Gus is touched by more than 100 sets of hands during production, resulting in a hat that is designed and built to stand the test of time. It features a 4” x 5” medium slope crown and 4” slightly curved
brim. It’s finished with a twisted leather band and a branding-iron hat pin bearing the initials “JBS”, a nod to founder John B. Stetson, whose pioneering legacy lives on in every Stetson hat. A custom stamped co-branded leather sweatband and a special edition satin liner provide a time-tested fit and premium comfort.
