The Satchel Paige All-Stars were more than a collection of players — they were a mobile showcase of Negro League excellence led by the legendary Leroy “Satchel” Paige. As he barnstormed through towns across the United States, Paige drew crowds with his electrifying arm and assembled some of the era’s finest talent on his All-Stars squad, elevating the profile of Black baseball in communities large and small.
In digging through the archives, we found an All-Stars jacket once owned by Buck O'Neil, a legendary Negro League player who teamed up with Paige on the Kansas City Monarchs and the All-Stars. We designed this jersey after that jacket, featuring cut felt lettering and a breathable mesh construction.
