In further celebration of ZMC’s 25th anniversary, this season’s silk print is a re-issue of an original print from 2013. The print is a photo taken by Maria at the de Young Museum in San Francisco, California. The print is reimagined in two new color ways in addition to the original. The print is applied to the silk fabric using a traditional screen-printing process, a sustainable technique that not only saves energy and water, but also reduces the amount of chemicals needed by nearly 40% compared to other printed methods.
