All custom orders are considered Final Sale All orders will be made to order and are submitted to our factory immediately upon receipt. Because of this, they have a longer lead time than our in stock items on the site, and once an order is placed it is not eligible for cancellation, changes, or return.

We now have
swatch cards
available for purchase showing all 24 colors in our custom palette. If you plan to use the customizer to select your own colors, we highly recommend purchasing a swatch card prior, as colors may differ from how they appear on screen. Additionally, because each rug is made-to-order, yarn for custom orders is dyed in small batches, and may vary slightly from the original.
If you end up ordering a custom rug, the cost of your swatch card will be fully refunded.
