Getting the fabric right took a while, but the final product is a super soft 100% Cotton French Terry while hosting a soft 1x1 rib at the hem, cuffs and neck.
Pink Pig derived from the famous 917 race car that executives initially felt was "as ugly as a pig" so the livery was born...and remains famous today. Many executions of this color are far more subtle in the pink department, whereas others are often more bubblegum pink. As you can see in the photo of the 917 to the left, it's more the latter shade of pink, so that's the direction we went.
As with everything within the Signature Collection, the fabric, the cutting, sewing & finishing is all completed in Los Angeles, California. This effort results in top notch construction for natural fibers, a closer attention to quality control, a shrunken carbon footprint, and perhaps even more important: ensuring jobs for our neighbors are secured.
