Just as the label says, for this knitwear release we invite you to 'FEEL THE FUZZ'. This mohair sweater features a deep v-neck and a mid-to-high waisted cut to the waist. The body length is knitted shorter, so as to wear it best with a mid-to-high waisted trouser or jean.
THE YARN
After careful development, we opted for a wool mohair blended with a natural nylon yarn. The mohair gives the fuzziness that we were looking for however, with too much mohair in a sweater there's danger for it to loose its shape after several wears. After countless samples with our Spanish factory, we found that the nylon blended into it allowed the mohair to knit into a more stable stronger frame that gives the knit much better shape and wearability.
Why talk about this, because this was a big part of the development process for us. We learnt something along the way and we thought we would share it with you. Know that it's for the best.
