From the brand: A modern reinterpretation of the M-43 Service Boots worn by the U.S. military during World War II. Designed for versatility, this boot features a lower ankle height and rounded welt, making it well-suited for workwear, streetwear, and vintage styles. For ease of wear, it includes two metal hooks and a gusseted tongue, allowing the laces to be fastened and undone effortlessly. A heel tab with a subtle cut ensures convenient slip-on wear. The hooks and rivets are made of real brass, developed in collaboration with an Italian manufacturer. The upper is crafted from tea-core leather made with using vegetable-tanned Polish horsebutt portion from Maryam Tannery. The surface of the tea-core leather is tampon-dyed, a dyeing process using dye-soaked cloth, which over time naturally wears away to reveal the underlying color. Tea-core Black gradually reveals the lighter inner color as the top layer wears off, creating a vintage aesthetic. The leather outsole is reinforced with Dr.sole’s rubber sole for enhanced traction and durability. Blake Rapid Construction Made in Italy
