Product Description

Celebrate the legacy of the Toronto Metros with this ultra-soft tee, crafted from premium airlume ring-spun cotton and polyester for durability. Featuring a vintage-inspired print that blends into the fabric, this shirt offers a comfortable fit and a distinct nostalgic charm with each wash. Designed for unisex wear, it pairs well with any casual outfit, making it a must-have for sports enthusiasts and fashion lovers alike. From the brand: The Story The Toronto Metros played at Varsity Stadium from 1971 to 1984 before eventually folding in 1984. Even though the Toronto Metros were a strong team in the 1973 NASL season it wasn't enough to keep the red and blue in Toronto. With players like David Henderson & Peter Roe donning the red and blue in Toronto, the Toronto Metros should have been able to fill seats. The reality however what much different and with low attendance, the Toronto Metros soon folded and became no more. Crafted with the intention of being the softest shirt in your lineup, our signature tees are made with premium airlume (for softness) and ringspun (for durability) cotton combined with poly to make the perfect tee 👌 that wears and feels like a well-worn favorite. Our garments are printed with inks that actually blend into the fabric giving it more character and true vintage look with every wash.
